Overview

Kemin is seeking a Senior Manager Marketing Manager to focus on branding and marketing communications for our Global Strategic Portfolios (“GSP”).  In this role, they will lead the overall brand experience and lead generation marketing activities for the three GSP platforms, including Intestinal Health, Enzymes, and Encapsulation Technologies. This role will support selected products and portfolios with strategic priorities through the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including content creation, marketing collaterals, digital & social marketing, tradeshows, and events in collaboration with GSP teams, Worldwide Marketing teams, and BU commercial teams.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with GSP teams and BU marketing teams to create and build a unified global branding and communication strategy across industries, BUs, and regions.
  • Effectively manage project budget allocated for global product launches, work with agency partners and BU marketing teams to successfully lead and implement a global integrated marketing communication plan, with a specific focus on priority markets for both online and offline go-to-market channels.
  • Develop, execute, and oversee the management of product and program campaigns and marketing collaterals to drive increases in brand awareness, share of voice, website traffic, lead generation, and market share for three GSP platforms
  • Collaborate closely with cross-BU and regional teams to develop, adapt, and manage a wide range of marketing collaterals and assets for three GSP platforms in accordance with global brand guidelines. These will include marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, videos, websites, social marketing content, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Certification or a diploma in digital marketing would be an added advantage.
  • 10~15 years of experience in marketing communication and digital marketing in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in product management or business development would be a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong cross-functional team, leadership, and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively in a diverse team environment and partner with other functions and business units within a matrix organization.
  • Good writing and presentation skills. Able to provide adequate synthesis and present key insights.
  • Leadership presence with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders across the enterprise
  • Understanding cultural diversity and international experience is highly desired.
  • A high degree of personal motivation, a desire to make an immediate contribution, and a sense of urgency.
  • Demonstrated integrity and honesty in all aspects.
  • Must have a solid understanding and adherence to the Servant Leadership philosophy.
