As an Account Strategist, you’ll join our passionate team of strategists, data nerds & communicators focused on generating value (and success) for your clients. You’ll work and collaborate closely across multiple teams and bring a passion for storytelling, customer experience & experimentation.

What you’ll do:

Delivery on client accounts

  • Develop and consult on marketing strategies, across multiple disciplines focused on media, creative and performance marketing.
  • Deliver strategies that align with clients’ goals.
  • Conduct research to provide actionable and evidence-based insights to clients.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of category and competitive activity, and keep a finger on the pulse of existing and emerging consumer and cultural trends.
  • Identify creative solutions to engage clients’ customers through emerging technologies and cross-channel planning.
  • Consult with your clients with empathy and smarts.
  • Build relationships with key client stakeholders. 

Project leadership

  • Action and prioritize roadmaps and project plans to achieve client objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams internally.
  • Ensure that the brief is being met and that we are delivering value. Identify and find solutions for gaps between capability and client need.
  • Set clear delivery expectations based on business needs.

Who you are:

  • Marketing Strategy Experience: You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in marketing strategy across media, creative and/or performance marketing. Agency or agriculture marketing experience is required.
  • Curiosity & Creativity. You are a curious individual, constantly staying on top of trends in culture and the marketing industry. You can connect the dots to identify interesting insights and pitch provocative ideas.
  • Project Management. You are organized and can simultaneously manage multiple engagements while consistently delivering high-quality work.
  • Consulting and facilitation: You are a skilled facilitator and can navigate a variety of different personalities and work styles.
  • Flexibility of thinking. You can think across the full marketing spectrum and flex your thinking from high to low. You have strong opinions that are loosely held.
  • Figure-it-out-itude. You take the initiative to solve problems and seek out opportunities to improve systems.
