Location: 808 Timberlake Road, Fairmont, MN 56031 * This position may offer a hybrid or remote work schedule.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to strategize and execute campaigns, develop creative ideas, take initiative across projects and deliver results that make a visible impact. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to plan, manage, and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with product launches, sales goals, and brand strategy.
  • Lead the development & design of marketing content, including promotional copy, social media posts, e-blasts, videos, and sales materials
  • Oversee digital presence, including website and campaign landing pages, to improve UX, SEO, and lead generation effectiveness.
  • Assist in building marketing workflows within our CRM to improve engagement, customer segmentation, and lead conversion
  • Support the development and upkeep of brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual identity across the organization
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and design creative concepts for campaigns, products/solutions, booth exhibits, and more
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies
  • Own the creation and distribution of monthly marketing reports, including campaign performance and key marketing KPIs for internal Kahler teams. Recommend improvements based on data.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to create and manage sales aid materials and go-to-market plans.
  • Assist Marketing Manager with strategic planning for events and tradeshows, including booth messaging, materials, pre/post-event marketing, and ROI evaluation.
  • Assist in the development and management of the annual marketing budget, ensuring alignment with company growth goals and brand strategy.
  • Provide support and guidance to the Marketing Coordinator in executing marketing tasks and ensuring alignment with broader campaign goals.
  • Support other marketing-related tasks as needed

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Ag Communications, or a related field
  • 3-5 years experience in a marketing role
  • Proficient in Adobe design programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects/Premiere Pro)
  • Knowledge and experience in social media marketing and its platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM preferred, but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Background in agriculture preferred, but not required
