Account Executive

We’re hiring an Account Executive to serve the agricultural community in Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan!

This full-time role is perfect for an energetic, relationship-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine appreciation for agriculture and rural life. As a trusted marketing partner to agribusiness clients, you’ll develop advertising campaigns across on-air, digital, and network platforms while helping businesses connect with their audiences in meaningful ways.

You’ll prospect new accounts, maintain strong client relationships, attend industry events, coordinate with reporters and production teams, and track campaign performance from start to finish. The ideal candidate delivers memorable customer service, communicates confidently in social settings, stays organized, and approaches sales with resilience and professionalism.

Sales or account management experience—especially in media, advertising, or agriculture—is strongly preferred, along with familiarity with Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools. We offer a competitive base salary plus bonuses, benefits, mileage reimbursement, and remote work flexibility.
