About the Job The Marketing Coordinator supports the smooth execution of marketing operations across Stutsmans by handling the coordination and campaign execution work that surrounds our technical marketing specialists. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination with vendors, marketing fund programs, and campaign execution needs. This position will report to the office, daily.
Responsibilities
Manage vendor marketing funds including tracking fund availability, deadlines, documentation, and reimbursement status
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to maximize marketing fund utilization and support
Identify opportunities within vendor relationships, marketing fund programs, and campaigns and meet them with resourceful, innovative approaches; tackle challenges including production issues, tight deadlines, and vendor gaps with creativity and initiative
Coordinate promotions, ads, and other materials from vendors
Manage the monthly feed publication, keeping timelines, vendor deadlines, and team handoffs on track each production cycle
Collaborate with all members of the marketing team — creative, content, and digital — for project and campaign execution
Support email marketing execution including list management, scheduling, and performance tracking
Assist in event planning and execution

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, agricultural business, or a related field is required
One to three years of experience in marketing, communications, account coordination, or project management
Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and vendor relationships simultaneously without losing accuracy
Communicates clearly and professionally in written and verbal settings; keeps vendors, teammates, and stakeholders informed and on track
Approaches challenges with creativity and resourcefulness; adapts quickly when priorities shift
Self-motivated with a genuine drive to learn; actively builds new skills and looks for ways to improve their own work and the team’s
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and shifting priorities as needed
Prior experience or background in agriculture is preferred, but not required
Basic Adobe Creative Suite skills a plus
Writing or content creation experience is a plus
Occasional duties outside of traditional work hours may be required, as needed
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background investigation
